工作原理Working principle：

通過設置程序（程序可調）由系統自動配置清洗液，經氣動控制閥與送液泵、回液泵來完成清洗液的輸送及回流循環清洗、排放、回收整個清洗過程。通過電導率檢測儀及PLC觸摸屏組成的控制系統達到了自動在線清洗。

The cleaning solution is automatically prepared as programmed (adjustable), conveyed, circulated, drained and recovered by the pneumatic control valve, the liquid delivery pump and return pump. Conductivity detector, PLC and HMI are provided to achieve the automation.

廣泛應用于生物發酵、制藥等對清洗要求較高的行業，以達到衛生無菌的效果。

設備組成Equipment composition:

智能型CIP系統為一中央集成系統，包含漂洗灌、清洗罐（I級清洗、II級清洗）、堿罐、酸罐、回收罐、板式換熱器、管道過濾器、送液泵、回液泵、溫度控制儀、液位控制儀、電導率檢測儀、PLC觸摸屏、控制柜及系統管閥件等組成。

The intelligent CIP system integrates rinsing tank, cleaning tank (level I cleaning and level II cleaning), alkali tank, acid tank, recovery tank, plate heat exchanger, pipeline filter, liquid feed pump, liquid return pump, temperature controller, liquid level controller, conductivity detector, PLC& HMI, control cabinet and pipe & valves.
